I had the best haircut I have ever had in my life at Sports Clips of Natomas. The manager, Josie is probably the best barber and stylist I have ever met. I was surprised that she could blend and fade my hair because no other barber has been able to do so before, but she made all things possible for my hair. Ask for the manager, Josie.

Ok, this is a hard review to write, only because i have been a customer at this location for a few years now, and mostly have a good relationship with most staff members, and never had any issues before. The only time i really needed everything to go smoothly- it didn?t. I don?t believe it was a mistake on the end of Ruby, who is by the way an excellent employee, but rather the system. I have checked in through the app, and picked Ruby as she was the first one to be available. When i arrived, Ruby was with another client at a cash register, as i checked insite the store. My name was next in line on the board, as Ruby called out another name and took the client to the back, while my waiting time changed from ?on deck? to 25 min. I asked Starlyte if the board works as it is supposed to and she said it did, and most likely the other client was in line before me, which was not the case according to the actual board. Just on this day i was not able to wait another 25 min, and therefor left the store. I called the manager, Josie, and explained the whole situation. She offered me an upgrade to an MVP for the inconvenience, and reassured me that she will look into the issue. I wasted an hour of my time and a trip to Sport Clips, so a free haircut would be more appropriate, in my opinion, rather than just an unpgrade to an MVP, especially considering that i always get at least a tripple play and always leave a good tip. I?m not aure if i want to go back there now, probably time to find abother place. Sometimes changes are for good. ??

It's true, it is geared towards men. The employee was very nice so nice in fact that it made me a little uncomfortable. I turned down the neck and shoulder massage, it just seemed like too much but if you want to be catered to, this is the place. The hair wash was great.
